Technical information. Like most websites, our web server automatically records basic technical details when a page is requested, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages visited. This is used for security and to keep the site running, and is held by our hosting provider.
Calls and messages. If you phone us or message us on WhatsApp, we will see your number and the content of your message. WhatsApp is run by Meta and handles your messages under its own privacy policy.
We do not ask for children’s personal details through this website, and we do not collect payment information here.
How we use your information

We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing messages unless you have asked us to.
Why we may do so (our lawful basis)
We process your enquiry details because you have asked us to contact you and given us your consent by submitting the form, and in order to take steps at your request before you enrol a child. We keep basic security records because we have a legitimate interest in protecting our website.
Photographs of pupils

Cookies
Our website does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and it does not load third-party fonts or scripts. WordPress, the system the site runs on, sets technical cookies only for school staff who log in to manage the site. Ordinary visitors are not tracked.
Who we share your information with
Your enquiry is stored on our website and emailed to the school office. We use trusted service providers, such as our web hosting and email providers, who process information only on our behalf and under appropriate safeguards. Their servers may be located outside Kenya; where this is the case we take steps to make sure your information remains protected as the Data Protection Act requires. We will disclose information to others only if the law requires it.
Our website links to other services, including WhatsApp, Google Maps and Facebook. If you follow those links, their own privacy policies apply.
How long we keep it, and how we protect it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to respond to you and to follow up on your admission enquiry. If you do not proceed, we delete your details once they are no longer needed. Access to enquiries is limited to authorised school staff, and the website is protected by a secure (HTTPS) connection.
